This document establishes the rules of access and operation for software solutions for cost estimation and financial audit intended for SMEs.
The platforms provided include tools for financial data analysis, generation of audit reports, and estimation of operational costs. Services are provided exclusively for the internal use of legal entities registered in Romania.
"User" means any natural person authorized by the client to access the platform. "Financial Data" represents the accounting and operational information uploaded by the user into the system.
The Provider undertakes to maintain the basic functionality of the platforms, including periodic updates of analysis algorithms and compliance with current Romanian accounting regulations.
The User is responsible for the accuracy of the entered data, for the security of their own access credentials, and for compliance with personal data protection legislation.
The Provider is not liable for business decisions made based on estimates generated by the platform. Cost estimates are indicative and based on parameters provided by the user.
In the event of a platform malfunction, the Provider's liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid for the period during which the error was active. Indirect damages, loss of profit, or business interruptions are not covered.
Uploaded financial data is stored on servers located within the European Union and is accessible only to the client's authorized users. The Provider implements standard technical measures for encryption (TLS 1.3) and access control.
The Provider does not share financial data with third parties, except as required by law (e.g., requests from tax authorities).
The usage contract is concluded for a fixed term, according to the chosen plan (monthly or annual). Renewal is automatic, unless one of the parties notifies its intention not to renew at least 15 days before expiration.
The Provider may terminate the contract with a 30-day notice if the user repeatedly breaches essential obligations. In case of non-payment, access is suspended 10 days after the due date.
The Provider may update this document with a 15-day notice, communicated via email or through the platform. The User has the right to notify their disagreement within 7 days of receiving the notification, in which case the contract terminates without penalties.
The current version of the terms is permanently available at the address terms.html. Any modification comes into effect on the date specified in the notification.

All legal notifications must be sent in writing, with acknowledgment of receipt. A response will be provided within 15 business days.
